Shipments and Delivery

Your pack shipment

Once we have received payment for your order in cleared funds your order will be shipped using one of the following shipping methods:

    * Indian Speed Post
    * AT's Own Delivery (In selected Cities)

As long as you are on the carrier's regular delivery network (usually major cities and surrounds) your order should arrive within 10-12 working days of dispatch. If you are not on one of the carrier's regular networks, delivery should occur between 12-15 working days. However if you order the product which is out of order then it may take a minimum of 21 days for the delivery.

We use courier and carriage providers that will require a signature for delivery. This requirement is for your protection. Please ensure someone will be present at the location you have chosen for the delivery of your goods.

All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit only. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we assure delivery of all items except in cases where the address you have supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

If you are not present when the first delivery attempt is made, the courier company will make a second delivery attempt and/or leave a note or contact you to arrange delivery.

Depending on which carrier we use for your dispatch, some Courier parcels have internet tracking numbers which allow us to track the parcels in transit using the internet - please feel free to email shipping@atjewels.in and request a status check on your order prior to receipt of your order and we will endeavor to track your order and provide you a status report.

Return/Refund Policy

AtJewels.com's Complete Protection Program reimburses buyers for eligible transactions when:

- An item was not received.

- An item was received but significantly not as described.

Anopchand Tilokchand Jewellers Private Limited reserves the rights to judge whether the item received was or was not as described significantly. However if you still want to return the item purchased then subject to company's approval, you can return it by paying restocking charge of 25% against the warehousing charges.
